Enjoy a fall evening hang with fellow alumni from 5:30PM - 7:30PM. Refreshments will be served.

TO ATTEND THE 8:00PM BPC SHOW, TICKETS MUST BE PURCHASED: Black Lives Matter: the Meaning of Freedom Concert honoring Angela Davis

Tickets are $8 in advance/$12 the day of the show. [Alumni can receive discounted tickets at the box office by showing Alumni ID]

The Meaning of Freedom concert will explore the iconic songs that provided the soundtrack to the civil rights movement and calls for democracy, as well as more contemporary work relevant to the day. This concert will feature exciting live performances in honor of Angela Y. Davis by Berklee College of Music, Emerson College, and Boston Conservatory at Berklee students.

Davis is known internationally for her ongoing work to combat all forms of oppression in the U.S. and abroad. Over the years she has been active as a student, teacher, writer, scholar, and activist/organizer. She is a living witness to the historical struggles of the contemporary era.
